How to Start a Wedding Planning Business.

Wendee Robbins from Lucie’s Weddings & Events will be teaching a certification class for those interested in making wedding planning their career. Along with The Wedding Planning Institute and Texas State University, we will be offering this hands-on program which covers everything a wedding planner needs to know, including contracts, etiquette, flowers, music, day of services, marketing, industry business practices and application. This program will provide students with all of the tools necessary to successfully grow a professional wedding planning business. Wendee is an fully seasoned wedding & event designer and coordinator with years of experience.

Students will also have the opportunity to participate at real local weddings for additional hands-on experience. Classes start on Tuesdays: February 5 - April 22, 2008 (No class March 11, 2008)Click here for more information.
