  • Provide wedding planning timeline
  • Budget developing, planning & management
  • Discuss overall theme and style of wedding & reception
  • Assistance with marriage license
  • Etiquette advice
  • Initial calls to vendors to check availability
  • Assist with vendor selection and contracts
  • Provide event design – researching trends & ideas
  • Compile guest list
  • Save the Date ideas
  • Attend vendor appointments
  • Stuff & mail initiations (and save the dates)
  • Send vendors timeline for wedding & reception
  • Assist with out of town guests – accommodations, agenda & gifts
  • Deliver payments to vendors
  • Confirm plans with vendors and wedding party
  • Send itineraries and newsletters to wedding party and/or family members
  • Attend rehearsal
  • Plan direction of rehearsal, ceremony and reception
  • Arrange any honeymoon or travel plans
  • Create a personalized planner for couple
  • Unlimited emails & phone contact

During:

  • Assist in overall decoration of ceremony and reception
  • Serve as a vendor contact (this includes before the wedding as well)
  • Provide “Emergency Kit Wedding Kit”
  • Coordinate w/ DJ or band on music selection and timing
  • Prepare bridal couples meal/cake to-go
  • Distribute any final payments to vendors
  • Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets
  • Load gifts into designated guest’s car
  • Bustle wedding gown at reception
  • Coordinate all activities with bride, groom, wedding party and vendors at ceremony and reception
  • Transport any needed items from ceremony location to reception location

After:

  • Return any rental items
  • Return tuxedos
  • Deliver wedding gown to cleaners for preservation
